Shen Yun presents the wonder and purity of traditional Chinese culture in a colourful and exhilarating show of classical Chinese dance and music. It is a study in grace, wisdom and virtue – magical, dazzling and uplifting.

Based in New York, Shen Yun Performing Arts have the artistic freedom to pursue their mission of reviving the traditional Chinese culture that was almost lost.  In just one decade it has grown from one company to six, reaching an annual audience of over one million, with an all-new show every year.

Using the profoundly expressive art form of classical Chinese dance, Shen Yun brings to life tales of heroic generals, wise emperors, and heavenly maidens (as well as the odd crazy monk), drawing on the riches of the 5,000-year-old culture.

Stunning animated backdrops, exquisite handmade costumes, high-flying leaps and thunderous battle drums transport audience to another world.
