Ben Cumming (Chair) – Chatham House, Director Of Communications at Responsible Business Initiative for Justice

Ben was responsible for conceiving and growing Chatham House’s Future of Work initiative consisting of annual conferences and workshops and brings a keen policy focus to developing trends in the future of work and their implications.

Devyani Vaishampayan – Managing Partner, HR Tech Partnership

HR TECH Partnership focuses on the AI-people sector through two ventures:

  • An angel investment fund which invests in AI based HR tech start-ups;
  • The Human Capital Digital Innovation Hub – a six- month program which help corporates/HR teams learn and experiment about AI based HR start-ups
  • Combining experiences as an international and multi-sector Group CHRO and board member, Devyani is considered a Thought Leader around the Future of Work and blends a unique perspective of digital innovation/investment along with the practical perspective of a practitioner.

Sarah Stein Lubrano – Head of Content, School of Life

Sarah Stein Lubrano began work at The School of Life helping create some of the earliest YouTube videos. She is the chief designer for the School’s TSOL for Business curriculum of 20 workshops. Sarah is currently reading for a DPhil in Political Theory at Oxford University, studying the relationship between emotion and politics in democracies, specially the phenomenon of cognitive dissonance. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and an MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History from Cambridge University.
